Homemade Ranch Dressing


  • 1 clove garlic,

  • dash of salt,

  • 1/2 bunch chives, thinly sliced,

  • 1/4 bunch flat-leaf Italian parsley, chopped

  • lemon juice to taste,

  • 16-ounce container strained greek yogurt


Chop garlic, then add a generous pinch of sea salt.
Mash the garlic & salt mixture with the flat side of your knife.
Stir garlic paste, chives, parsley, & lemon juice into
Greek yogurt until well combined. Salt to taste.
Serve w/ cucumber wedges or vegetables of your choice.
