Fresh Lemonade Hydrator

January 29, 2015/ Kiki Walker

INGREDIENTS 

2 cups water 

3/4 fresh lemon juice 

1/2 cup organic sugar 

2 teaspoon lemon zest, minced 

1 1/2 quarts additional water 

 

DIRECTIONS 

Bring water to boil in saucepan.  Add lemon juice, sugar and zest.  Reduce to simmer.  Stir until sugar dissolves. Let cool.

Pour into pitcher, and add water to bring up to 2 quarts.

Pour into sports bottles.
